Eliza: Wait… giving the thumbs-up is uncool?
Steve: I’m pretty sure the thumbs-up was ALWAYS uncool, buddy.
Eliza: What about if you only use a one hand thumbs-up? I’m a big fan of the one hand, thrust-out thumbs-up, A LA MENTOS.
Kyle: And a sly wink. Gotta have a sly wink in there…
Eliza: Always.
Steve: Guys, the only time giving a thumbs-up was EVER cool, was when a guy in a fighter jet was about to take off and he gave the guy in the control tower the thumbs-up. The ’I’m good to go,’ thumbs-up. That WAS and IS the ONLY time a thumbs-up is EVER cool.
Eliza: Wow. Schooled.
Kyle: Well, what if I’m wearing a bomber jacket and Ray Bans?
Eliza: And Highway to the Danger Zone just HAPPENS to be playing….?
Steve: Nope. Gotta have the fighter jet.
